API 6A Ball Valve

BOVE have two types of API6A ball valve: floating ball valve and trunnion ball valve. Floating ball valve is generally used in low and medium pressure small diameter working conditions. Trunnion ball valve's seat has small deformation, stable sealing performance, small operating torque, long service life, and suitable for high pressure, large size ball valve. According to the working environment requirements, pressure-containing parts and pressure-controlling parts can be selected in a variety of special material configurations. They meet the latest API6A and NACE MR-01-75 specifications and can be used in various harsh environments.

API6A Floating Ball Valve
1. Switch position with locking device, and with switch position indication.
2. A variety of valve stem seals are used in different working mediums.

API6A Trunnion Ball Valve
1. A high-performance spring is installed behind the valve seat to ensure that the valve can be reliably sealed even under low pressure in the pipeline.
2. The seat inserts are made of PTFE, PEEK, Nylon, Devlon and other materials with self-lubricating properties to ensure lighter torque.
3. Safe and reliable fire safety design complies with API 6FA, API 607 and secondary metal sealed valve seat.
4. The support shaft is provided with a PTFE bearing, which absorbs fluid thrust to prevent the ball from friction with the valve seat, so that the operating torque is kept low.
5. A variety of sealing structures to choose from, SPE single piston effect, DPE double piston effect, DBB double bleed and block.
6. There is a secondary sealing device between the valve seat and the ball, and between the valve stem and the packing.
